The cool breeze and warm sun make this an ideal time to visit India's top tourist destinations. Although March marks the end of India's tourist season, it is also the best time to visit a variety of interesting locations. We've compiled a list of the best places to visit in India in March. The country will be pleasing and beautiful now that winter is no longer in sight. 1. Leh Ladakh

The serene surroundings, exotic landscapes, dotted with whitewashed houses and stupas, steeply rocky ridge of the Old Town, and Tibetan style fort and palace all attract tourists.
