Akhil's Debutant Director Confirmed!

Since one year, A lot has been spoken and written about Akhil's launch pad. The expectations only grew bigger with the reports of the Akkineni Scion featuring in numerous short films to overcome camera fear and Listening to the scripts narrated by writers & filmmakers. Finally, The curtains have been drawn aside to give a clarity on much-awaited project.

As per Industry Insiders, Akhil's first solo hero project will be under the direction of VV Vinayak. This crazy project will be launched on September 20th on the eve of Akkineni Nageswara Rao's birth anniversary. Nagarjuna himself would be producing this movie on Annapurna Studios Banner.

Vinayak has successfully handled debutante and young heroes like Bellamkonda Sreenivas (Alludu Seenu), Nithin (Dil) and even Allu Arjun (Bunny). He has got the knack of bringing his protagonists close to both youth and masses. May be, That's one aspect Akkinenis thought off before roping this mass masala specialist.
