Madhya Pradesh HC orders suspension of Chhindwara SP
The Madhya Pradesh high court on Wednesday ordered the suspension of the Chhindwara SP for failing to execute an arrest warrant against project director, National Highway Authority of India, Anil Kumar, in a contempt petition. A division bench of Chief Justice R V Malimath and Justice Vishal Mishra said: "We are indeed shocked. The SP has not said where he was transferred and why he couldn't execute the non-bailable warrant. This is not acceptable."
