In a big relief to people who would like to go other districts for various purposes, Tamil Nadu Chief Minister Edappadi K Palaniswami today said e-passes will be given to all applicants. In a statement, he said that the passes will be granted to anyone who applies with Aadhaar card number or ration card along with contact number.
