Power Star Pawan Kalyan’s youthful entertainer ‘Thammudu’ is completing 15 years after release by today (July 15, 2014). The film directed by PA Arun Prasad provided huge youth fans following to Pawan Kalyan. Pawan showcased all his skills including dances, fights, comedy, styling in the movie. This film was further remade in Tamil as Badri and in Kannada as 'Yuvaraja by noted director Puri Jagannath. Interestingly, Puri’s first film with Pawan Kalyan was also named as ‘Badri’.
Preeti Jhangiani played lead actress and Aditi Govitrikar, Achyuth, Chandra Mohan, Mallikarjuna Rao were seen in important roles. Thammudu audio composed by Ramana Gogula was a chartbuster. Thammudu is a feel good movie and we still feel fresh watching it on small screens. Chintapalli Ramana’s dialogues were other big asset of Thammudu, which was in fact inspired from Aamir Khan's movie Jo Jeeta Wohi Sikandar.
